In this workshop, I embody all of the elements that want to be considered when wanting to return to excessive affect sport.

Factors corresponding to earlier pregnancy exercise, type of birth, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor, Prolapse, Breastfeeding, Hormones, Sleep deprivation, Postnatal Depletion, etc. 

It’s important to follow the necessary steps to return to running safely, core activation, improving posture, functional exercise, glute strength, intensity training, and periodization of a run/sports program.  This should all be included in the postpartum return to run program.
